How to avoid a beer belly or beer stomach

Men cant stay away from beer  and so they have to make Health plans to either get their beer belly in shape or then abstain from beer. Many men actually  do think that the beer belly  is attractive to the opposite sex , when in most cases it isn't.

You have seen others (dad, uncle, boss, a politician, some police guys or a pedestrian on the street) sporting it and probably also might have giggled at the sight of it. A Beer or a pot belly is not only an unflattering sight but also looks like  an unhealthy asset not just  restricted to many ageing celebrities but also the masses.  It can often been seen as a put  off by women, who can find a beer beer stomach unattractive.

If a person's Body Mass Index (BMI) is more than 30 and he has a beer belly, then the beer belly could be responsible for many chronic life-threatening diseases.

How does a person get a beer belly ?

Studies indicate that beer belly is highly co-related with insulin resistance, glucose intolerance, and hypertension. But the most important and risky cause is the metabolic syndrome which due to all of the above conditions and disorders mentioned above are together in the same person.

If you drink beer very often, you consume more calories and more fluid is retained in the stomach until filtered and excreted by kidney through urine, this causes stomach to bulge for prolonged time and to loose its elasticity thus creating a beer belly
