Quick tips to get a flat belly quickly !!
Here are some quick tried and tested tips that i have used to reduce my belly within a month
- Avoid excessive eating ( eat in small portions throughout the day - avoid large meals).
- Avoid high calorie and high fat foods especially animal meat ( eat lean meat).
- Avoid foods made of refined products made up of Flour and consume high-fibre foods.
- Avoid aerated drinks and sweets ( sugar content)
- Eat small but frequent meals to help proper digestion.
- Leave a gap of two hours between your dinner and sleep time( have lessor no carbs for dinner).
- Do not combine eating with other activities like reading or watching television.
- If you have digestive disorders or gastric problem consult a nutritionist to enhance your digestive system.
